Hi, I'm Pam.
For more than 30 years, I've had the privilege of encouraging, equipping, and developing leaders to live with purpose and lead with intention. Whether speaking to an audience, coaching one-on-one, hosting my podcast, or simply sharing a conversation over coffee, my passion is helping women discover who God created them to be and confidently step into the influence He has entrusted to them.
I'm a leadership coach, author, podcast host, wife, mom, and proud MeMe to ten amazing grandchildren. I believe our greatest leadership flows from our relationship with Christ and that lasting transformation begins when we replace the lies we've believed with God's truth. My mission is simple: to help you gain clarity, grow in confidence, and become the leader God created you to be—right where He has placed you.
