You are Called to Lead

Do you feel a call on your life? Well, if not – you should. Yikes! Are we like Moses and Gideon and Joshua who all thought God should choose someone else? Are we simply ignoring our calling and hoping others will rise up and step into it for us?

The title “Christian” means we are called to rise up and lead out no matter what other titles we may or may not acquire.

You are influencing others in your work, in your community and in your home. Studies show that over our lifetime we influence between 10,000 – 60,000 people. What? It’s true. Even if you are not on a stage, there are still others watching. They see if you are filled with fear or faith. They know if you are self-driven or guided by the Holy Spirit. They recognize who you serve – the world or your Savior.

God has placed you in a place of leadership. Oh, I know we often think that we have earned our place there or worked to achieve it. But… actually, it is God who has placed us there and He is calling us to rise up and lead.

But… we are not called to lead as the world leads. We are called to lead like Jesus – to love, to serve and to give. We are called to become transformational leaders. What is that? Well, imagine for a moment that Jesus was the Director in your workplace, the head of the committee you are a part of or the owner of the small business where you work. How would He lead? We all know that He would be a leader of integrity, placing people above profits, and enriching every life He touched – whether they believed in Him or not. So, if that is how He would lead – then we can be sure that is how He is asking us to rise up and lead out.

“The Lord will guide you continually, and satisfy your soul in drought, and strengthen your bones; you shall be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail.” Isaiah 58:11

Some of you reading this will scroll on by and continue to shrink back. I am praying that a seed was planted and God will begin to water it. He wants to use you. It starts with simply saying, Yes. (Reach out to me if you want to talk about it. I am here for you.)

Others will read this and will know that once again God is extending His hand and prompting you to step up as a transformational leader – a leader whose leadership God will use to transform the lives of others. If that is you, then can I share a program I am launching just for you? Visit www.engagewithpam.com and sign up for a 2-day webinar where I will share the details about the program and answer your questions. You will be able to watch the webinar live or watch a video sent to your email. It is time for us as believers to link arms and lead in a way that will not only grow our team and enlarge our area of influence, but most importantly will point others to Jesus.

Let’s rise up!

Hi friend 🤍

If you’ve ever felt called to more… but unsure what your next step is—you are not alone.

My name is Pam Pegram, and I’m a Leadership and Personal Growth Coach who loves Jesus.

I help Christian women gain clarity, build confidence, and step into Christ-centered influence—at work, in their community, and at home.

Because you were never meant to just get by…
You were created to live with purpose, impact others, and walk fully in what God has for you.

Here’s what I believe:

  • If you are a believer, you are called to lead

  • Leadership is influence—being salt and light (Matthew 5)

  • It’s not about position, personality, or platform

  • It’s about living on purpose right where God has placed you

How do we do that?

Through the Called to Lead Framework, where we focus on:

✔️ The formation of you as a leader (identity, mindset, beliefs)
✔️ The formation of your leadership (connection, vision, influence)
✔️ The practical application of impacting others and leaving a legacy

Now that you’re here—let’s stay connected 🤍
