Carrying responsibility often leaves us wrestling with second-guessing, decision fatigue, and a quiet sense of unrest. We love God. We want to honor Him. We want to do the right thing for the right reason, yet, clarity feels elusive…

Most of us could raise our hand high! Some of us might have a pride issue instead of true confidence. We hear a lot about self-confidence, yet as believers we know that it is not confidence in ourselves we need, but confidence in the One who said, “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.”

This works. It doesn’t matter who you are or what you may be facing. It doesn’t matter if it is a small struggle, a huge problem, or a need that needs to be met. You have everything you need in order to rise up and lead well.
